SHIPPING METHODS

All orders ship from APEX US Warehouse in California. We use Pitney Bowes, UPS, and DHL for our shipments. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDERS SHIP?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.


Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.


DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Unfortunately, we can't offer expedited deliveries for now, but we are working on getting faster deliveries for you in the future.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

If you do not live in the U.S. but are interested in buying from us, please contact us at customer@movebeyondusa.com to put in a request. We will try our best to see if we can fulfill your order. We plan to have shipping available to more countries as our brand grows.


HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.


DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Yes. Move Beyond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
