We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. “

How to Return

  1. Sign in to your account and click ‘Return’ or visit:
  2. Enter your order number and email to start the returns request. You order number can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your shipping confirmation email. 
  3. Select your items, reason and shipping method (prepaid FedEx label or your own carrier) and click ‘Confirm’. 
  4. You will receive an email within one business day with further information on how to complete your return.
  5. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once we’ve received it. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. 

How to Exchange

For exchanges, please follow the steps in ‘How to Return’ for the items you wish to exchange and go to to submit a new order for your new items.
